Excitement is in the air as Crawley Rugby Football Club prepares for the senior women's preseason, starting on 9th July 2024 at 7 PM. Training sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer, led by the enthusiastic Coach Ollie Plunkett.

"Preseason is the perfect time to set the tone for the upcoming season," said Coach Plunkett. "I'm looking forward to working with this incredible group of women and seeing their progress on the field."

Plunkett, known for his dynamic coaching style and passion for the game, added, "This season holds great promise. We're going to focus on building our skills, fitness, and team spirit. The dedication and energy from our players are already palpable."

The sessions are open to players of all levels, from seasoned athletes to those new to the sport. Crawley RFC welcomes everyone to be part of this exciting journey.
